Last week we spent several days at Burning Man, a counter-culture free-for-all in the Nevada desert. It was my first time there, and Erin's fifth. Along with us came our friends Erik from Phoenix and Jesse from San Francisco. I never took our big cameras out of their dust-proof bags, instead just carrying a Holga polaroid and a digital point-and-shoot around so I felt more like a participant than an observer. It was a really nice change for me, and the whole event was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. We're already planning our trip back next year.
