Linn's friends all described him as reserved and guarded, quiet about his emotions. So I think he surprised everyone, including us, when he gave one of the most heartfelt and sentimental displays of affection we've ever seen at a wedding. At Linn and Annie's reception in Honolulu, an evening that was the culmination of a week of beaching, surfing and celebrating, Linn unleashed surprise after surprise, including giving a welcome speech in his family's native Korean, re-enacting a scene from the movie "Love Actually" for Annie (customized for her, of course), and to top it all off, singing to her in front of everyone. He had secretly been taking voice lessons to prepare.

We feel very lucky that such a fun and caring couple brought us into their tight circle of family and friends. It was by far one of the highlights of our year.
